Holy crap! i rented this for the xbox a few days ago and i'm stunned at how good this game is! i hate to say this (sorry andy) but the online of gr2 kicks the hell out of halo 2 online. more strategy instead of run and gun. the graphics are amazing and are up to par in my opinion of halo2. if you like socom II or socom online, you'll love this! i will say however that i've read a lot of complaints from people playing the ps2 version of gr2. something about now being able to play the over the shoulder view online or something. so as usual go with the xbox version. anyway, just thought i would share my latest review of a great game :)

ummm, kinda like rainbow six for the xbox, just more outdoors. i'm playin on live right now, its really enjoyable! its also got a little less control over the squad ai. they appear to be a little smarter though.

I'll probably get that for myself as an after christmas present. I've been playing a lot of rainbow 6 3-black arrow lately, and I really like it. You can't just run through the game, you have to use cover & think about whats going on. It's a pretty tough game too, very unforgiving of tactial errors.

I agree with you it being better than Halo 2 online. Unless it's Star Wars, I don't really like anything sci-fi.

w00t! i just beat the single player campaign! i told my wife and she asks me if i still need it to be bought for me (i was renting), i just gave her a wierd look! lol

silly woman, she must not be into games.....
