The MSHP disk is down and I can't search it...
Any Missouri Officers here, please advise on Possession of Blue Lights in a MV in your state. I found that non-operation is the norm, but I am wondering about the actual possession in or on a MV... is it legal?
It's not in legal to possess in NC, and am trying to answer a question on another board.
If pssible, quote from Statute also please. Thanks

Litering and, litering and, SMOKING THE REEFER! :-P GOD I LOVE THAT MOVIE!!
I'm not an officer, but I do not belive it's illegal to have possession of a blue light inside a car, aslong as it's not visible to the other drivers of course. IE: On the dash or something.
But, I've got a red/blue/red lightbar in the back of my truck bed and have not been in trouble by the police or anything.
Also, when I talked to the MSHP a while ago about putting a red/blue lightbar oin my truck, they said it was fine as long as I kept it covered up on the highways and parkin lots. So, that is what is leading me tp belive that it is not illegal to posses one. But I could be wrong.
