Donald Rumsfeld! He got a huge standing ovation and everyone started chanting USA USA! There was also a big standing ovation for military personel. The hairs on my neck stood on end when 5 fighter jets did a fly over. It was a very patriotic moment.

you'd notice the VERY high majority of the south are like that Darin :) just a militaristic region :)

nah sorry militaristic fits this region better. There are 'many' different ways to be patriotic, that term is to broad.

David, what are you trying to say? If your saying that people in the South ten to support the Military, then I agree. However I also know that people in the South ten to be VERY patriotic. There is not a thing wrong with that.
People in the North support the military too. In fact, Connecticut and New Jersey might go for Bush.

no, it's not. I could even agree with ultra-nationalism to 'some' degree, I'm just stating it down to the specific, and not leaving it broad.
