Hey I think I just a speeding ticket becasue the cop didn;t find what he had wanted on me. When he pulled me over I ask going 60 and slowing down for my exit of the high way in PA. He said he was going to give me a ticket becasue I was going 70. ONe thing I would like to know is anyone things I should fight it. I mean if it had been during the day time when I was going 70 I don't think he woudl have even notice me but because it was 1:30 in the moring and I was driving my friends home so I had a car full of people I think he was hoping to find something esle on us. Does anyone esle thing I should try and fight it???

If you were cited for speeding, it is highly likely that you were speeding....and oh, by the way, you got caught doing it. If you don't think that you deserve the ticket, go to court. Hang on, mcsap will be along in a minute.........
