my gf was involved in a hit and run i wasnt present but i the own the vehicle she is being charged with the hit and run i am curious since the police officer that looked at my car said she would put a warrant out for her what is going to happen to me as it is my car

You're ultimately responsible for the damage to the other vehicle. Contact the victim and give them your insurance info.

Criminally, nothing if you were not actually involved. However, you can both be civilly liable since she commited the criminal activity/damage and it was your vehicle she was driving. It will still fall under your vehicle insurance.
