A woman in Texas was charged with DUI after she hit a red light and blew a 0.9 on the breathalyzer. However, she'd managed to place her lit grill on the back of her pickup truck, which was engulfed in flames and had drawn the attention of the local fire marshal by the time she hit the red light. She and her 3 year-old son were both fine, however the truck was a total loss.

Seriously, who puts a lit grill on the back of their pickup truck?!

Found this story here (http://www.dumbcriminals.com/cars/drunk-driving-level-redneck/).

Dead people have trouble blowing into the tube properly. That's a good inicator.

Considering the BBQ grill, I think you mean she must have been "lit up".

I did read of someone with a BAC of 0.6 that was still alive and driving.

Well, according to the story I read on it, she blew a 0.9, but I'll admit that when I read it, I had the same thoughts you did, that it must be a typo. I'm not sure if she blew 0.09 or 0.9, but either way she was "lit up", as MikeG so eloquently put it. =) (That was awesome, Mike, ha ha!!)

Must of been a blonde on the way to watch a football game that didn't understand the whole concept of tailgaiting.
