Check here - Supporting Member / LEO Verification (http://www.realpolice.net/forums/restricted-areas-supporting-members-96/96880-supporting-member-leo-verification.html) - for how to get verified and then you can have access to the restricted areas! Probably your best bet would be to send a PM to Oscarmitre as I believe he does most of the verifications outside the U.S.

I'm not a police officer, although I'd really like to be.
I've been a firefighter/EMT for the past 2.5 years and I've been on the reactive side so long that if there's even the slightest chance that I could do something proactive to keep people safe. I'm all for it. I've had Le training, but it I haven't been hired yet. It's a tough world out there!
