If you are going to testify against someone in court for a criminal case like reckless driving or DUI, does it ever appeal to your interest to find out what the person you will be testifying against is "really like"? Do you ever look at thier Facebook pages to find out?

Nope, when I go to court to testify, I only want to remember what happened during my encounter with that person. Because that's all I can testify to in court. I don't care what that person is like when I'm not dealing with them. I can only testify what I observed or discovered during that time in question.

Not on all cases, but sometimes if I get the feeling they're going to be one of those idiots who confesses their crime on facebook

I don't look at Facebook in criminal cases, but I always look at when doing background checks for police applicants.
I am still occasionally surprised by the junk people will post on Facebook.
