Hello, I'm in NYC and I would like to know if there is any way I can prove mental abuse. I live with someone who continuously does things to make me unhappy and nervous. I have lost my job and do not know what to do.

There is no such thing as "mental abuse" in CRIMINAL LAW. it is something that can
not be proven and it is not a crime.

If you are being treated like s**t, then leave!

just leave.... anything abusive call the cops..
