enochain, I'm going to close this thread right away since it is only going to get you a bunch of guys explaining what I'm about to. Had you actually read this "sticky" thread before posting this thread - ** BEFORE posting in "Ask-A-Cop" ** (http://www.realpolice.net/forums/ask-cop-112/92311-before-posting-ask-cop.html) -, you would know that this post is totally not accepted here at RP. In this sticky thread, it says many things, but the following applies here:

3) don't attempt to use this section as a means to have your homework done by the verified LEO's

This is an obvious attempt at trying to get an "interview," and again, had you done some research, you would have found that we do not do "interviews" on this forum. An interview is best done in person where you can ask follow on questions that come up while speaking with the person, and you will get the persons information so you can quote them. You're asking for some extremely personal information, and while the Verified LEO's may answer legitimate questions that you have they usually don't like to type your homework for you to cut and paste, and we usually like to remain anonymous.

Verifieds, if anyone wishes to answer the OP's questions, please do so in the form of a PM.
