What state?
We have a special statute for church destroyers here in the great Commonwealth of Massachusetts. That alone should tell you how screwed your boytoy is.
You should see this as some insight on who your boyfriend really is. He is a BOY....who will chose his frineds over right/wrong. He will not take action when he knows something is wrong and has no morals to watch somebody vandalize a church.
He is a CHILD and IMMATURE and this should show you what type a person he is. Forget about him and find somebody else.

I don't need your relationship advice I want to know what's going to happen.Based on your first post in this thread I suggest you stop worrying about boys and focus on school.

Yes, he did do something.
By being present when his friend committed the crime and making no effort to disassociate himself from it, the law deems your boyfriend to have aided, advised or encouraged in the commission of the unlawful act. As such, the law views him to be just as guilty as the person who actually committed the violation. There are no onlookers in this situation.

I forget that teenagers know EVERYTHING about love and sex. Ive watched a
few episodes of "16 and Pregnant" teens definately know it ALL I must say.
Second, how are we to know what punishment he will get, we did not arrest him, havent seen the charges and we are NOT Judges or Jurors!
Looks like you don't need our advice after all.

Obviously you do! You are dating a coward! A boy who stood there, and did nothing while his friends vandalized a church. if he is a coward with his his friends to speak up, he will be a coward when it comes time to speak up or take action against a stranger doing wrong or harm.
New York. my "boytoy" didn't do anything he was there wen it happened
Really? That how you see it? Then why are you here?
Thanks for telling us about the law. However you are in fact wrong. First, legally, he is just as guilty for being there and watching versus being there and doing. Its called being an accessory. One could argue he was the lookout. Second, on a moral level, he was wrong for not stoping them and letting a church get vandalized. Third, on a human level, he is a cowward for letting others do harm in front of him.
Don't ask for advise on the facts you present and cry or complain because youdon't like the response you get.

In Florida, your boy would be arrested and charged with a Third Degree Felony Criminal Mischief of a church. Punishable by up to 5 years in State Prison. The bail would most likely be around $2,500 depending on his attitude when being arrested (could go up to as much as a judge will allow).
Again, as others have told you, you need to grow up and hang around with better people. However, with your attitude as you've displayed here, I don't see it happening...
