View Full Version : Not sure on dates....

Hi there...I am currently in the background process for a department and I am concerned on some of the questions asked.

The problem for me is not answering the questions....my problem is remembering the dates I was involved in certain situations. Would it be deceitful if I really don't remember certain dates? Can I just simply narrow down a date if I'm not certain?

I really don't want to be disqualified and seem like I am trying to hide something.

thanks in advance.

Do the best you can. As long as you don't omit anything and are reasonably close, it will be okay.

If you truly can not remember the dates then try to get the closest estimate. I you are speaking of many years ago then it should not be an issue, if it was recently then it could be an issue. Just remember to be honest and answer the best you can. When you move on to the poly it will not show deciet if you truly can not remember and were "genuine" with your answers.
