I'm driving a significant distance to take the exam in Queens on April 29th and understand that it's a first come first serve basis. Processing begins at 9am, but I would like to know what is a generally safe time to arrive to ensure it isn't full (8am, 7am, etc). Seating is limited to 800 for this exam.
I would hate to make the 600 mile drive AGAIN if it fills up and I'm fairly certain that the gas companies do not need any more of my money.
