The Bad:
1 Speeding ticket - Erased but disclosed
Stole 2 Dollars Age 15
Mj use under 5 times
Employe theft 10 dollars. Returned next day. Age 18
Worst decision I ever made period.

The Good:
3.8 Gpa College
Two Full Time Jobs, Six Years for one.
Intern at PD.

Unsure:
When I was 15 my freind was stealing from the register. I did not turn him in. He asked me to do it and I admit I thought about it. I have been thinking long and hard about this question. I just cannot remember if I did or not. That is the truth. How do I approach this on the polygraph? I just cannot answer one way or another.

I'm 25 now. No convictions or arrests. Please give me any feedback I appreciate it

Thanks.

Tell the BI/Polygrapher exactly what you just said. There can't be any harm in not fully remembering something that happened 10 years ago. I have my poly in 2 weeks and I have the same problem. If worried, when you are in the process, call up your BI. He will prob. tell you what I told you. Can't really do anything about something you do not remember the details about. BUT, if you are leaning one way (you think there was a good chance you did steal but still can't remember) disclose that.

Stealing from employer is bad, not remembering if you stole money from a register just doesn't ring true. One good thing polygraphs do is stop people from equivocating about things that should be simple. Why would your friend ask you to steal from the register... you mean to give to him? Can you ask him? If you really don't remember, well, okay, just explain and hope... but recognize that this might prevent you from successfully undergoing the polygraph.
