Search light/ Third Brake Light

I know these two items aren't illegal to have on your car because I've seen them on many civilian cars in my area (Atlanta, GA).

The Search light that is just in front of the steering wheel on the bottom left corner of the windshield...and the brake lights in the rear window that are synchronized with the brake lights.

Just like to know where these two items can be purchased...very useful and I like the visual appeal they add to the appearence.

Despite what he would have you believe, it is, in fact, illegal to have a spotlight attached to your car in the state of Georgia.... including those that plug in to the cigarette lighter. Just thought I would throw that out there.
