I was suspended once a year, every year of high school for fighting and I got hired. But after high school, my life was a lot different. I served in the military and never got into any other kind of trouble. I can't speak for every dept., but if you've straightened out, graduated from
college with no brushes with the law, I doubt you will have a problem.
